I’ve always had this disciplined approach to it. You have to have a work ethic and you have to be educated in what you’re doing. You have to take it seriously. It doesn’t mean that everything you do has to be serious. But you’ve got to have the tools. There are certainly a lot of people—and I won’t name names—who are getting by simply on expression. And I guess that’s valuable in some sense. But songs are not better just because they’re emotionally honest. To write a song well, you have to put some work into it and grind it out.

Mansfield and the Arts
Below are quotes and an abbreviation of an article from Mansfield's local newspaper when Artspace a nationally known nonprofit came to town...
After a seven-building tour and meetings with local officials, business owners and artists, two Artspace consultants are impressed with Mansfield.
“For a community of its size, Mansfield appears to be very healthy. We’ve also noticed a lot of people who care about their city and that’s super important.”
Artspace is a nationally known nonprofit real estate development group that focuses on downtowns, with emphasis on the arts.
...the mission of Artspace is to create, foster and preserve affordable space for art organizations and artists. The company owns and operates what they build.
“We believe that artists play an important role in our society,” Holmes said.
I can see that Renovo and Artspace have a lots in common. [see bold]
